Kidpower and Teenpower provide a safe and effective learning experience for preschoolers, children or teenagers to take positive and effective action to avoid or stop abuse and violence.
Participants practise effective skills such as setting boundaries for better relationships, safety plans to prepare for the unexpected, speaking up for oneself and others, and self protection to prevent trouble and to stop assault. We can also provide full-force practice of simple self defence techniques with a head-to-toe padded instructor.

Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower have developed a number of programmes, both independantly and in conjunction with others. These include the Young Children Programme & Resource Kit for Preschools, the Real Relationships programme for teenagers, and the Healthy Relationships programme for teens and adults with special needs. This includes developing content, as well as producing and designing materials for print and interactive online resources.

As well as assisting businesses with internal safety training and programmes, we've developed resources in collaboration with the NZ Police and assisted community groups in developing their own (such as Famalosi Aiga/Pacifika Safety), and provide various services for the NZ government/ Ministry of Justice.

Teenpower and Fullpower have been working closely in conjunction with various groups and individuals to develop the Healthy Relationships programme (2014 ACE Programme of the Year), which provides practical tools to build resiliency and to prevent bullying, violence and abuse.
As well as the ongoing development of Healthy Relationships, we also work together with our ambassadors from ACE House Wellington exploring other opportunities and approaches that can help improve their agency with the mainstream.
